I like the three little —– over there, my auction-buddy Janet told me. I had been wandering through the auction house and hadn’t seen them. So I went back to check and there they were, the cutest set of items in the place. They were a little banged up but still possessed loads of character.
They were painted red, yellow and green, and were pint-sized, indicating to me that they were made for kids. But I could be wrong.
Interestingly, I was at a garden shop recently and saw a similar item in the middle of a display of books. Made of natural wood, it lacked the much-used appearance of the ones at auction.
