When I first laid my eyes on the saw, I immediately figured it was used on small pieces of wood. It looked like a real one but was half the size of the old hand saws I’d seen before.
Perhaps a woodworker’s saw?
Someone had taken the blade out of its original box, and it was lying nearby. When I read the box, I was surprised. This was a blade that you’d never press against wood. It was a kitchen and cooking tool – an anachronism now but handy, I’m sure, decades ago.
